March Favourites

I can’t believe how fast March has gone. I feel like it was only January yesterday and then I blinked and now it is April. There is lots of exciting adventure and memories
to be made this month but first lets reminisce about March and all the products and other things I have loved this month.

This one is a favorite every month but at the end of this month the beginning series 12 aired and they announced the dates that the special birthday series is coming on the TV. It’s my favorite TV show Geordie Shore a. I know that it is car crash TV but every Tuesday night me and my mum sit down with a kebab and watch our favorite show. It is on MTV on Tuesdays from 10 till 11. I really love this show and I couldn’t suggest it anymore if I wanted to. geordie shore

I have love, love, loved the Maybelline The Nudes eye shadow palette. It has 12 different shadows in it and they are all nudey colours, hence the name.  There is a mixture of dark, light, shimmery and matt shades. It retails for £7.99 at boots, so it is cheap and affordable but still an amazing product. The eye shadows are all super pigmented, are easy to use, and are long lasting. It is a good dupe for the Naked palettes by Urban Decay.

This month I have loved drugstore makeup, especially Sleek blushes. I have two palettes and  one of the single blushes. The palettes are in pink lemonade and …. and the single blush is in rose gold, they are a mixture of powder and cream blushes. I use the pink lemonade palette the most but I love them all. The cream blushes are an amazing formula as they blend well and are long lasting. Also the powder blushes are very pigmented and apply well as well as lasting all day. The palettes retail for £9.99 and the single blushes retail for £4.99 in Boots. The are amazing value for money and in my opinion are the best drugstore blushes available. 5 gold stars from me!

March has been really cold and rainy where I live and it evensnowed a little bit! Unfortunately for my skin it has really dried my hands and body. Soap and Glory have been a life saver in re hydrating my skin. For Christmas I got the smoothie star gift set from my nanny. It included a travel size shower gel, body butter, scrub and hand cream and now I’m obsessed with this scent. Usually I only use the sugar crush scent and I love the orangeasm scent when I go abroad some where sunny but I love this scent. It is not like any other scent that I like as I usually only use citrus scents but this one smells like maple syrup and porridge, yummy! I’m going to have to buy the full sizes of these now!

For lipsticks I have loved MAC lipstick in Amplified. It is a deep dusky rose colour and a satin finish. It is such a pretty colour but far more suited to autumn, winter time so I have been using it as much as I could last month before the pinks of spring get dusted off and used every day. It is long lasting and nourishing on your lips. I love all  MAC lipsticks but I have really loved this one this month. It is £15.50 at MAC but I think it’s worth every penny!12919299_1204692779540833_1340755114_n
